Make Me Yours Among Your People

Lord, my Lord, I so much need to learn the joy of joy, to enjoy all that you have given with deep appreciation and thanksgiving. I so must learn how to celebrate your grace and have festivities of gratitude for all that you have done. Please, my Lord, instill in me a knowledge of the joy of obedience and the passion of you working through me. Let this revival in me occur within the Church. For what I must learn is the joy of sharing joy where we laugh in unity, praise in harmony, and celebrate in generosity. Lord, change me from this isolated individual to an enriched and dependent member—connected and bonded within the inner workings of your body, your Holy Church. My Lord, make me yours among your people, so that we may worship together!
